Customer Service
A: during the warranty period, due to the seller manufacturing quality equipment failure, the seller after the buyer call or written notice, the seller should arrange the corresponding maintenance personnel within 30 minutes by telephone technical guidance or remote maintenance response support, when telephone guidance or remote support cannot effectively troubleshooting more than 4 hours to arrange engineers within 12 hours to the buyer site processing, the maximum time does not exceed 24 hours to the scene, free of charge.
B: During the warranty period, the Seller shall provide quarterly equipment maintenance and training services once a quarter. In the last month before the expiration of the warranty period, it shall maintain the equipment and replace the relevant damaged parts at the project site;
C: After the expiration of the warranty penod, if the quality and technical problems occur, the seller shall still provide good after-sales service and provide paid service.
2. Warranty period and content commitment
A: We will provide 365 days of free warranty period for the equipment (from the date of equipment acceptance). During the warranty period, if the equipment cannot work normally due to poor quality and poor design, we promise to provide free maintenance (accessories and labor)
B: During the warranty period, provide equipment maintenance and training services once a quarter. In the last month before the expiration of the warranty period, conduct routine maintenance, replacement of the damaged parts and provide the training service at the project site;
C: Both parties can sign the maintenance contract after the expiration of the warranty period. If the quality and technical problems occur, the seller should still do a good job in after-sales service.
